Fukuyama Union Tanpopo provides consultation and advocacy for all workers, including migrant workers, facing unfair labour conditions. Consultation topics include workplace harassment (including maternity harassment), human relations, wanting to change your workplace, and industrial accidents. They also welcome workers who have lost their Status of Residence (including persons who were dismissed or not recognised as 'workers' under the law). Okayama Public Law Office provides legal consultations for foreigners. Consultation topics include debt, work, traffic accidents, divorce, and Status of Residence. The consultation fee is 5,500 yen for 40 minutes. Please make a reservation by phone or using the online inquiry form. We offer consultations in English, Japanese, and Easy Japanese (interpretation is needed for other languages) Before consultation, please check your Status of Residence and passport.
